Guest Relations executives in our team are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our guests. You will welcome VIPs, including heads of state, royalty and celebrities in a warm, friendly and professional manner. As the main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, you will provide outstanding customer service, promptly and courteously addressing their inquiries, requests and concerns, and ensuring guest stays in the hotel exceed their expectations.

Providing high‑quality service comes naturally to you. You are dedicated to creating memorable experiences, possess excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English, present a smart and professional appearance, and have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. A 5‑star hotel experience in a similar role is a real advantage.
