• Public Area Cleaners in our team maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel public areas and bedrooms.
• They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests.
• Cleaning and maintaining all public areas including the front of hotel, toilets, event spaces and offices to our outstanding 5‑star standards.
• Checking public areas regularly to ensure excellent standards of cleanliness are always maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues and dealing with lost property.
• Assist room attendants, when necessary, with cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Ensure that housekeeping cupboards are aways kept neat, presentable, and fully stocked.
