Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking an In‑Room Dining Supervisor to join the pre‑opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants – Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud – bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin‑starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world‑class spa, state‑of‑the‑art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

What You’ll Do During a Typical DayAs In‑Room Dining Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of the room service department, ensuring seamless service delivery, elevated presentation, and operational excellence. You will lead the team on service standards, support performance development, optimise revenue opportunities, and maintain strict cost control within an ultra‑luxury environment.
You will perform the following duties to the highest luxury hospitality standards:
Provide confident, hands‑on leadership to the In‑Room Dining team, ensuring service excellence and the achievement of departmental and individual performance goals.
Ensure full compliance with brand standards, service rituals, and quality benchmarks.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Maintain awareness of culinary and service trends, contributing innovative ideas to enhance in‑room dining offerings and presentation.
Drive revenue optimisation while maintaining disciplined cost control, identifying risks and corrective actions where necessary.
Support the setting and achievement of realistic short‑ and long‑term operational goals aligned with departmental budgets.
Collaborate closely with the Training & Development team to ensure structured, ongoing training through agreed training calendars.
Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring full compliance with hotel and company policies and procedures.

Prior experience within the hospitality or luxury hotel sector.
Exposure to payroll, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of industry trends.
