Location: Greater London
Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Night Receptionist to oversee overnight guest service, handle late check-ins and early departures, and ensure guests feel welcome, safe, and well looked after.
You’ll complete the night audit, monitor security, respond to guest requests, manage phones and emails, and work with night colleagues to keep the desk calm and the hotel running smoothly through the night.
