Location Buckland Manor is set in ten acres of stunning grounds. With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Buckland Manor offers employees the opportunity to work within a traditional, yet friendly English country house hotel.
We pay a team service charge each month. This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared among all the team at the hotel. The service charge can be in the region of £305 a month (around £3,600 per year) over and above base pay, for a full‑time employee. The hotel may offer on‑site staff accommodation and free parking.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will be working as part of a passionate team of chefs. You will play a crucial part in keeping the kitchen areas clean and tidy.
Experience in a similar role is an advantage, although not essential.
Key responsibilities:
- You’ll be an important part of this busy kitchen, as without clean plates, cutlery, and pots and pans, our chefs won’t be able to cook and serve their meals.
- Being one team, everyone in the kitchen is responsible for keeping it clean.
