Inter Continental London Park Lane is seeking a Team Leader for the Club Lounge to supervise the team across shifts, delivering exceptional 5-star service at breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapes. You will welcome guests and model high standards throughout the guest journey.
The role requires 2+ years in hotel Front Office or Club Lounge, preferably with supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of Opera PMS to tailor personalised guest experiences.
