Location: Greater London
Gather + Gather is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee 12–15 workplace catering contracts across North London, Middlesex, Slough and the M25 corridor. The role combines site leadership with strategic contract management to deliver exceptional service and growth.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a regional OM role within contract catering, with strong P&L skills and a track record of managing multiple sites or contracts.
