ABOUT THE ROLE
Please note this role is a split of 50% Breakfast Host (early shifts from 6am) and 50% F&B coordinator.
The Food & Beverage Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Food & Beverage department. This position supports Food & Beverage Management and all outlets in day-to-day operations — with a primary focus on breakfast service — while overseeing menu updates across the division, enhancing guest satisfaction, and upholding the highest service standards.
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team, front‑of‑house staff, and suppliers, the F&B Coordinator helps ensure that all food and beverage offerings consistently meet company quality standards and exceed guest expectations.
ABOUT YOU- Previous experience in a food and beverage coordination role or similar, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including front‑of‑house and kitchen operations.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage staff in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for administrative tasks.
- Food safety certification or training (e.g., HACCP) preferred.
- Any relevant certifications in hospitality, customer service, or food and beverage management is an advantage.
