Lightroom is seeking a Bar Supervisor to support the Bar & Events Manager and lead the bar team through daily operations and events. You will manage stock, ordering, deliveries, and bar documents while acting as main supervisor on shift when required.
The role requires self-motivation, excellent organisation, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. You will liaise with events and operations teams to ensure smooth service.
