The historic, grade II–listed building houses 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a ballroom that hosted the United Nations Reception, five meeting rooms, a spa, and a range of dining venues including the modern steakhouse Cooper’s Cut, Chinese/Japanese Mei Ume, and all‑day dining Rotunda.
Bartender– Rotunda Bar and Lounge
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Bartender to join the team at Rotunda Bar and Lounge, one of the hotel’s most vibrant and distinctive outlets.
The roleAs a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences while creating a warm, engaging atmosphere at the bar. You will prepare and serve drinks to the highest standard, build relationships with guests, showcase product knowledge, and contribute to the energy and personality of the outlet. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
Whatyou will do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non‑alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver personalised and engaging service to guests at the bar and throughout the lounge.
- Develop a strong understanding of the beverage menu and confidently make recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area at all times.
- Support stock management, requisitions, and bar preparation tasks.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
- Minimum of one year of bartending experience, ideally within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Professional presentation and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full‑time position working 40 hours per week.
- Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule.
- Flexibility required across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- £39,000 annual package inclusive of base salary and service charge.
