Location: Greater London
Pullman London St Pancras is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the hotel’s dining and bar operations, including the flagship restaurant, The Theatre Bar and 24-hour In-Room Dining. You will drive revenue, guest satisfaction and profitability while mentoring a team of around 50 colleagues.
We look for at least 2 years in a senior F&B leadership role, strong P&L experience, and a passion for hospitality.
