Hyatt Hotels is seeking a Junior Sommelier at its central London location, delivering attentive wine service in a fine-dining setting within Great Scotland Yard Hotel. You will support senior sommeliers, participate in tastings, and assist with wine preparation for events and pairing recommendations.
The ideal candidate has WSET Level 2 or equivalent, prior luxury-hospitality experience, and excellent communication skills.
