Duties and responsibilities related tothe

Spa Manager role

Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflowas well ashigh levelsofguestengagement and satisfaction

Supportwiththe hiringandsupervision of spa colleagues. Organisescheduling, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team deliversexcellent services.

Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies. Ensure that all necessary items are stocked and available, and coordinate orders and deliveries as needed.

Assistin budgeting and financial management to support the overall financial health of the spa.

About you

Proven experience in spa management,demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills to support the Spa Director and ensure smooth spa operations. Possess extensive knowledge ofluxuryspaoperations andtreatmentsas well ashaving an excellent understanding ofhealth and safety regulations.
