We are seeking a driven and passionate JR Events Coordinator to join us at Hotel AMANO Covent Garden.

Working closely with the Sales and Events team, the JR Events Coordinator will support the planning and coordination of events from the initial enquiry through to delivery. You will liaise with clients, prepare event documentation, coordinate with operational departments, ensure all event details are communicated effectively, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
