ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head Butler manages, leads, and elevates the Butler service to ensure an exceptional and highly personalised guest experience for guests staying in suites and penthouses. The role oversees, coordinates, and develops the Butler team while maintaining the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and luxury hospitality.

The Head Butler handles VIP guest interactions, anticipates guest needs, and ensures seamless service delivery across all aspects of the guest journey.

Working closely with the Rooms Division leadership team, the Head Butler plays a key role in strengthening guest loyalty, maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects the highest standards of five-star service.
