Duties and responsibilities related to the Luggage Porterrole

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Transport guests luggage from arrival points (e.g., car, taxi) to the front desk andsubsequentlyto their rooms, andassistwith luggage during check-out and departure.
• Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about room features, hotel amenities, and services as appropriate.
