We are now looking for afriendlyand engaging Night Guest Service Assistant to join Page8 Hotel, St. Martins Place, London.

Key accountabilities

As Night Guest Service Assistant, you will

Meet, greet and direct guests in the lobby area. Aid and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner
Complete daily guest services duties, including checking in, checking out, balancing revenue and ensuring guest information is kept up to date and is recorded
Work closely with the Housekeeping department in coordinating guest requests, assisting with lighter cleaning tasks and ensuring a sparkling and safe hotel
