We are looking for a Room Service Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone with previous experience within a Room Service Supervisor role with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalised service to guests. This position reports into the Darshan Ariyage, Room Service Manager.

Employment type: Full Time

Working pattern: 5 days a week. Early Shifts 7am-3.30pm. Late Shifts 2pm-10.30pm.

The Milestone Hotel and Residences is a beautiful five-star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. This property has 43 individually designed bedrooms, 13 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, a modern Stables Bar and a 2 Rosettes restaurant, named Cheneston's.

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the hotel’s room service, ensuring consistent, high-quality service is delivered to guests.
• Collaborate with other departmental managers, keeping them informed of any Food & Beverage challenges as they arise and working together to resolve issues efficiently.
• Supervise and guide the Room Service team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service.
• Train, coach, and develop the Room Service team to ensure service consistency and adherence to hotel standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate order delivery to guest rooms, maintaining attention to detail in both food quality and presentation.
• Monitor room service inventory levels, ensuring stock is adequately maintained and all items are in good condition.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
