Location: Greater London
The Zetter in London is seeking a Reservations Executive to be the first point of contact for guests across our boutique hotels and parlours. You will respond to booking enquiries, share expert product knowledge, and ensure every reservation is accurate, seamless and welcoming.
Working closely with Front Office, Revenue and Sales teams, you will help maximise occupancy and revenue while delivering warm, personal service in a fast-paced environment.
