Responsibilities:

• Bring your culinary prowess to the forefront as you assist inthe preparation and delivery of delectable dishes during breakfast, lunch, anddinner services.
• Work seamlessly within our dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, supporting your colleagues and ensuring smooth operations during high-pressure moments.
• Showcase your leadership abilities by supervising and motivatinga small team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Take charge of monitoring stock levels, conducting inventoryassessments, and placing orders as needed to maintain optimal kitchenefficiency.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in every aspect offood preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that each dish meets ourexacting standards.
• Utilise strong communication skills to liaise effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other departments, while also maintainingimpeccable organisational systems in your designated section.

What you Need:

• Previous experience in a similar culinary role, with a track recordof success in high-pressure kitchen environments.
• A genuine love for food and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive andcollaborative work environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
