We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Private Events Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving revenue across all market segments. the successful candidate will strategically position the Rubens at The Palace Hotel, Hotel 41 and Bbar among London`s premier destinations, cultivating strong relationships with key clients. The Private Event Sales Executive will actively represent the hotels at client functions, trade shows, and networking events while continuously identifying new business prospects about creating unforgettable events and delivering exceptional service to both corporate and leisure clients.

The Rubens at the Palace Hotel part of the Red Carnation Hotels, is a stunning five-star property located in the heart of London's Victoria and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace. This wonderful hotel has been fully refurbished and features 161 individually designed bedrooms and suites, as well as a range of Food and Beverage outlets including The English Grill Restaurant, The Curry Room Restaurant, The New York Bar, The Palace Lounge and Champagne Bar, as well as 9 well equipped function rooms.

• Proactive search for new business opportunities across all segments.
• Act as a main point of contact throughout the event lifecycle (by managing enquiries from initial contact to post event follow up)
• Entertaining clients and conducting regular show rounds
• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

• Previous experience in sales,event coordination, or a similar role in the hospitality or events industry.
• Excellent organizational skillsand the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, witha focus on customer service and attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual who likes to takes initiative
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships with clients and suppliers.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
