The Ned is seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee overnight operations in our vibrant City of London location. You will lead a small team handling arrivals, departures, and phone queries, while promoting The Ned’s hospitality and upselling offerings.
You will supervise the overnight shift (4 on, 4 off) from 8.30 pm to 8.30 am and act as a guiding presence, coaching and training the team to maintain the high standards guests expect.
