* Country Hotel & Spa in Falmouth. You will work closely with the General Manager to coordinate all hotel operations, drive revenue through restaurant, bar, and spa, and maintain excellent service and guest satisfaction.
Strong leadership, guest-focused approach, and error-free execution are essential. In this role you will manage recruitment, training and performance, while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial controls.
