Reception Supervisor

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to work as part of the Rapport team, based at our client's offices in Oval As you will be involved in managing 1 building, supporting the mobilization of the property. Your title will be Reception Supervisor.

You will be working in one of our newest properties to open on the portfolio. However, our contract extends across Victoria and London city, meaning you would be part of a team of approximately 40 Rapport Ambassadors.

Hours:

40 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with flexibility as per business needs)

• To provide the highest level of service and care to all of the client's employees customers, guests and Service Partners in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures. The Cluster Supervisor is responsible for all Ground Floor reception team members, lobby hosting within their cluster and events coordination.

• 1-2 years supervisory experience is necessary, and you need to be confident in dealing with high profile customers and visitors in a busy corporate reception.
