Estelle is seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier in London to manage day-to-day wine operations, lead the Sommelier team, and deliver an exceptional hosted experience for members at our luxury venue. You will oversee service direction, wine list knowledge, and beverage pairings while driving budgeted costs and guest satisfaction.
The role requires a WSET Level 3 or Diploma, 2+ years in a Sommelier role within luxury hospitality, and strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
