Events Supervisor

We are looking for an engaging, passionate and experienced Catering Events Supervisor to join our team at an iconic conference and events venue in Islington.

As Catering Events Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a wide variety of events, from conferences and exhibitions to banquets, hospitality and pop-ups. Youll lead front-of-house teams, oversee food and beverage service and ensure every event runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• 0 hour contract - 8 hour shifts mostly Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
• Supervise the setup, delivery and breakdown of catering and event spaces.
• Lead event briefings, allocate duties and support the team throughout service.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring excellent presentation and guest experience.
• Monitor event timings and respond effectively to last-minute changes or operational issues.
• Ensure bars, buffets and hospitality areas remain well stocked and presented.
• Support with stock control and general event operations.
• Work closely with kitchen, events and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety at all times.
