We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Managerto join our community pub by Hammersmith Bridge.

Our guests areour focus. Whether they're joiningus for apint with friends, a Sunday lunch or an overnight stay in oneof our bedrooms, we wantevery person toleave knowing exactly what a greatpub withrooms should feellike.

You'll work alongside an experienced Head Chef and aclose-knit teamwhogenuinely enjoy whatthey do. As Assistant Manager, you'llbe instrumental inshapingthe guest experience, supporting the team and helping drivethe business through its exciting transformation.

This is an ideal role for someone who:

• Has previous experienceina supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Loves being onthe floor, leadingby example and developing others.
• Is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Enjoys building lasting relationships with regular sand becoming part of thelocal community.
