Shoreditch Arts Club is looking for a warm, organised and proactive Front of House & Club Coordinator
to be the welcoming face of the Club, responsible in keeping our day-to-day operations running seamlessly.

What you'll be owning:

  • Being the first point of contact for our members, guests and visitors - delivering a warm, professional welcome, and building positive relationships with members.
  • Confidently handling Front of House duties including answering phone calls, check-ins and footfall metrics reporting, managing meeting bookings and scheduling, and preparing teas & coffees where needed.
  • Assisting visitors with information about the Club, membership offers, our cultural programme and private hire options, whilst professionally championing the business and its collaborators.
  • Keeping the Club looking its best during opening hours and for client site walkthroughs, performing regular venue checks throughout the day to ensure spaces remain tidy and safe.
  • Overseeing our Kitchen Porter on general housekeeping standards across the venue.
  • Working closely with the Club Manager to support on bar stock management and supplier relations.
  • Coordinating deliveries on behalf of the Club and its clients, liaising with contractors and suppliers on stock orders and maintenance visits.
  • Occasionally supporting live event delivery by welcoming guests, assisting with set-up/resets, and helping with ad-hoc production tasks.

Who you are: An approachable, highly organised self-starter who can add a memorable, personable touch to the members' experience. Someone equally comfortable greeting a guest as they are troubleshooting a basic AV issue or briefing a contractor.

This is a great hospitality opportunity for someone who is looking to work and surround themselves in the art & culture scene of East London.

If you’re looking to create exceptional first impressions and keep a busy, creative space running like clockwork, we'd love to hear from you!

About Shoreditch Arts Club

Shoreditch Arts Club is a private space located at 06 Redchurch Street where a community of artists, curators and creative practitioners co-create the cultural moments that Shoreditch talks about next.

Home to an eclectic, rotating mix of art and design – and to all those prepared to have their senses enlivened and cultural experiences expanded – what was once a loading bay has been cleverly redesigned to create a flexible and highly sensory environment spread across three floors, providing a unique space for its members to convene and bring their creative projects to life: works in progress, unreleased material, unfiltered conversations unfold here before the rest of London sees them.
