Guest Services, Front Desk/Receptionist, Customer Service Rep
Join our amazing Rapport team as a Receptionist in our incredible Events Space, to be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional and personalised welcome to all guests. The role will primarily support the day-to-day operations of the radio station and studio, ensuring a seamless and well-organised front-of-house experience for guests, talent and staff, while also providing support during periodic high-profile events.

Full-time, 6-months fixed term contract (with the potential to extend, however, not guaranteed)
Hours40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)
