For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a talented and passionate Bartender who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, product knowledge and genuine hospitality. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and enjoys creating memorable moments for every guest.

Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service and create memorable guest experiences at the bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages to the highest standards.
• Build genuine guest relationships and confidently make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay informed about beverage trends and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure the bar is always presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization and professionalism.
• Support upselling opportunities through confident beverage recommendations and product expertise.
• Work closely with the Bar Manager and wider Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations at all times.

• Previous experience as a Bartender within a luxury hotel, premium bar, high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and premium beverage service.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with guests.
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Positive, professional and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced environment.
