As Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a passionate team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
• Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
• Delivering outstanding service standards
• Driving sales and maintaining operational excellence
• Supporting recruitment, training and team development
• Managing stock, compliance and financial controls
• Taking responsibility for the business in the General Manager's absence

You'll have:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or an experienced Supervisor ready to step up
