Reception Team Leader

Location: South East London

We're looking for a Team Leader who's excited by the chance to make a real impact. You'll support the two senior managers in leading and inspiring a team of 16 to deliver excellent guest services day by day across the ground floor and client floors. Type of contract:

Take one paid day off annually to support a cause you're passionate about! Main responsibilities Supporting Deputy GSM and GSM in day to day running of the account. Ensure excellence on ground floor and client floor spaces. Proactive approach to managing team and upskilling team on gaps. This role is split with 70% leadership and team coaching and 30% admin and adhoc requests.
