Novotel London West is seeking a friendly receptionist to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests. You will manage check-in/out, provide hotel information, and assist guests with inquiries to ensure a smooth stay.
Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and a professional appearance. Experience in a 4-star hotel and Opera PMS knowledge are advantages. This is an on-site role with opportunities for development within the Arora Group.
