Park Plaza London Riverbank is seeking a Guest Relations and Duty Team Leader to oversee the guest relations team and resolve issues to ensure a memorable guest experience. You will maintain relationships with VIPs and regular guests while supporting the team in delivering excellent service.
Based at Park Plaza London Riverbank, you will be key in driving guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and departmental performance through hands-on leadership and a passion for hospitality.
