We are looking for a Night Manager to join our Front Office team at The Franklin London

You will work with brilliant colleagues across the hotel, ensuring we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

The Night Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the hotel throughout the night.

As a Night Manager, you will lead the overnight Front Office operation, delivering a warm, professional, and personalized service to our guests while overseeing all hotel activities during the night. You will be responsible for managing late arrivals and early departures, resolving guest concerns, supporting the overnight team, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are maintained at all times.

You will oversee the night audit process, ensure all financial and operational procedures are completed accurately, monitor the security and safety of the hotel, and act as the senior manager on duty during overnight hours. You will also collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless transition between shifts and contribute to the overall success of Starhotels UK.

• Previous experience as a Night Manager, Night Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, proactive, and passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing night audit procedures and Front Office systems.
• Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and make sound operational decisions.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Knowledge of health & safety, security, and emergency procedures within a hotel environment.
