Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a Night Reception Team Leader for The May Fair Hotel, a 5 Star Luxury property. The role operates on a 12-shift, 4 days on/3 days off rota, leading night reception and lobby hosting to ensure a seamless guest journey.
You will manage check-ins, luggage support, and deputise for the Night Manager, greeting guests, handling cash, and personalising service to exceed expectations. Strong English and IT skills are essential.
