F&B Manager – Luxury Lifestyle Hotel, London
Salary:
Up to £60,000 + bonus
We are looking for an ambitious and charismatic F&B Manager to join a luxury lifestyle hotel in London, overseeing a vibrant and high-quality food and beverage operation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on hospitality leader who is passionate about exceptional service, great food and drink, and creating memorable guest experiences. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, team performance and commercial success across the hotel's F&B outlets.
Reporting into the senior F&B leadership team, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of the hotel's F&B offering, ensuring consistently high standards across service, guest experience and commercial performance.
Responsibilities:- Leading and motivating the F&B team, creating a positive and high-performance culture.
- Overseeing the daily operation of the hotel's restaurants, bars and wider F&B areas.
- Delivering exceptional, personalised service and ensuring the guest experience consistently reflects the hotel's luxury positioning.
- Managing rotas, staffing levels, training and team development.
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service.
- Driving revenue through upselling, service standards and commercial initiatives.
- Monitoring departmental costs, labour and stock control to maximise profitability.
- Supporting menu development, events and F&B activations.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, licensing and food safety standards.
- Supporting the senior leadership team with F&B strategy and operational projects.
- We're looking for an experienced F&B professional who combines luxury service standards with a hands‑on, energetic leadership style.
- You will ideally have:
- Previous F&B management experience within a luxury hotel, lifestyle hotel, premium restaurant or high‑end hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary food and beverage operations.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food, drink and guest experience.
- Proven experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
- Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of budgets, labour costs and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, visible and engaging leadership style.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment.
- A natural eye for detail and consistently high standards.
