• Leadthe welcome
  :
  You’ll oversee day-to-day front desk operations, fromcheck-in and check-out to guest queries, payments, and everything in between.
• Inspire the team :
  Motivate, coach, and support receptionists andfront office team members to deliver attentive, upbeat, and personal service.
• Connect with guests
  :
  Be visible and approachable in the lobby, ready tolisten, assist, and elevate guest satisfaction through every interaction.
  
  Ensuring IHG One Rewards member requests and repeat guests receive personalised service at each turn.
• Drive performance
  :
  Track guest feedback and front desk KPIs, ensuring we meet service standards and continuously improve experiences; monitoring theteam’s enrolment of new members to the IHG One Rewards programme.
• Smooth Operator
  :
  Assist with rota planning, shift supervision, and training new team members on systems, brand standards, and emergency procedures.
• BeA Step Ahead
  :
  Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations tokeep communication flowing and surprises to a minimum.
