• Process guest laundry, colleague uniforms and hotel linen in line with brand standards, ensuring all items are cleaned, handled and presented to a high standard.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while following all laundry procedures and care instructions.
• Handle guest laundry requests promptly and professionally, ensuring special requirements are met to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments to support daily operations and maintain service excellence across the hotel.
• Report maintenance issues, equipment faults and safety concerns, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service standards.

We are looking for a Guest Laundry Attendant who takes pride in delivering high standards and will:

• Have previous laundry, housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a hotel environment.
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining excellent quality and presentation standards.
• Be organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Be reliable, flexible and committed to our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care.
