Park Plaza is seeking a Guest Services Host/ess to be the first and last point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm, attentive service that creates memorable experiences.
In this role you will greet guests, handle requests promptly and with care, and communicate clearly in English. The position offers an hourly rate of £13.15 plus incentives, 30 days holiday, staff meals, and a comprehensive benefits programme.
