From check-in to check-out, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience while supporting the wider hotel operation. • Host our vibrant public spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere and resolving guest queries with confidence.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage service across our restaurant, bar, breakfast and grab-and-go outlets.
• Keep our hotel looking its best, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety.
• Support events, hotel activations and work flexibly across departments to meet the needs of the business.
• Be a collaborative team player who brings energy, positivity and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Positive, energetic, and adaptable personality
• Strong communication skills and confidence in guest interaction
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to learn across multiple operational areas

• Previous hotel reception experience
• Experience in food and beverage services is desirable
• Experience using PMS and POS systems
