At Sodexo Live!, we're passionate about creating extraordinary moments. We're looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team at the iconic Royal Academy of Arts, helping to deliver outstanding events and exceptional hospitality experiences in one of London's most inspiring cultural destinations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering flawless events from concept through to completion.

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, taking ownership and making things happen.

If you're an ambitious Event Coordinator who loves bringing people together, delivering exceptional service and being part of a passionate team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Planning, coordinating and delivering internal events across the Royal Academy of Arts
Building strong relationships with clients, Academy teams, suppliers and operational colleagues
Managing event logistics, catering requirements and venue preparations
Coordinating staffing, equipment, deliveries and operational resources
Supporting internal meetings with catering setup, drop-off services and post-event clearances
Monitoring event budgets and supporting financial reconciliation processes
Maintaining accurate event schedules and communicating updates across teams
Ensuring all events are delivered safely and in line with health and safety standards
Producing post-event reports and identifying opportunities for service improvement
Maintaining accurate event records and operational documentation

A solution-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams and Power Point
Experience using event management systems (Thynk experience would be advantageous)
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
