Reservations and Groups Agent

We are currently seeking a Reservations and Groups Agent to join the Revenue Team at The BoTree Hotel. As a key member of the Revenue Team, you will implement proactive selling strategies and management procedures to optimise hotel revenues.

• Proactively selling to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction by processing room reservations.
• Contributing to achieving maximum occupancy for The BoTree by assisting in maintaining effective inventory control.
• Handling all reservations and group sales enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Ensuring that all reservations are inputted into the system efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction and hotel revenue by promoting the hotel's other services and facilities to guests.
