• Process guest laundry, colleagueuniformsand hotel linen in line with brand standards, ensuring all items are cleaned,handled and presented to a high standard.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while following all laundry procedures and care instructions.
• Handle guest laundry requests promptly and professionally, ensuringspecial requirements are met to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean,organised and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments to support daily operations andmaintainservice excellence across the hotel.
• Report maintenance issues, equipmentfaultsand safety concerns, while proactivelyidentifyingopportunities to improve efficiency and service standards.

• Havepreviouslaundry, housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a hotel environment.
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride inmaintainingexcellent quality and presentation standards.
• Be organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
