Housekeeping Supervisor; f​/m​/d; WestDill Mayfair Hotel Colbert Collection

For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional housekeeping standards and contribute to a flawless luxury guest experience.

Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help establish the culture, service standards and commitment to excellence that define the guest experience and set the hotel apart.

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department
• Lead, coach and inspire the housekeeping team on a daily basis, creating a culture of pride, accountability and exceptional service.
• Conduct detailed inspections of guestrooms, suites and public areas, ensuring every detail reflects the elegance and standards expected within the Colbert Collection
• Coordinate daily room assignments and operational priorities to ensure efficiency, consistency and exceptional guest service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Support training and development of housekeeping team members

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant within a luxury hotel environment
• Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting
• Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping operations, hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to prioritize competing operational demands while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Hands-on approach with a commitment to luxury service excellence
