As a Guest Service Agent
, you will be the face of the hotel and one of the first people our guests meet. You will provide a warm welcome, deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences, respond to guest requests, and create lasting impressions through genuine hospitality and personalized service.

• A genuine passion for delivering intuitive, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to consistently uphold the highest standards of presentation and service delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse, high end and discerning international clientele.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve requests proactively, and exceed expectations in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

A minimum of one to two years of experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment, with exposure to reception, guest relations, or customer service, is highly desirable.
