Thistle Kensington Gardens is located near Queensway, within walking distance of Hyde Park and the West End of London. The hotel has recently been refurbished and has 175 bedrooms, including Executive rooms with fabulous views over the park, and three meeting rooms.

What youll be doing

As Maintenance Team Leader, you will play a hands-on role in maintaining the smooth operation of our beautiful hotel. From the guest rooms to the plant room, and everything in between, youll ensure the hotel is always running at its best.

Youll lead by example, inspiring your team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance with precision and pride. Whether its fixing a small issue or supporting larger projects, your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to creating a seamless and extraordinary guest experience.

• Supporting the Maintenance Manager in delivering a proactive maintenance program across the hotel.
• Leading and motivating the maintenance team to ensure work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.
