We are now looking for an adaptable, decisive and engaging Senor Reservations Supervisor to join Page8 Hotel, St. Martins Place, London.

Key accountabilities

As Senior Reservations Supervisor, you will

Support the Revenue & Distribution Manager in achieving revenue and departmental targets, deputising in their absence
Manage guest and group reservations, ensuring all enquiries and bookings are handled promptly, accurately and professionally
Apply agreed rate strategies and support the optimisation of occupancy, room rates and revenue
Maintain accurate rates, availability and promotions across Opera Cloud, Channel Manager, Booking Engine and OTA platforms
Monitor booking channels and ensure rate parity ...
