The Athenaeum is one of London's leading private members' clubs, renowned for its heritage, service standards and warm hospitality. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our management team.

This is a highly visible role, responsible for supporting Senior Managers to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Club and delivering an exceptional experience for members and guests. Working across all departments, the successful candidate will lead by example, support operational teams and act as the senior manager on duty.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will:

• Take responsibility for the Club's operations during assigned shifts.
• Support front-of-house, food and beverage, accommodation and events teams.
• Ensure consistently high standards of member service and presentation.
