The Observatory sits on Wardian Canary Wharf, London's highest piano & cocktail lounge. The Bar Manager will run the bar, manage stock, maintain standards and remain hands-on behind the bar, while engaging warmly with regular guests.
Lead a small team, host guests, support events, and help shape menus and promotions to sit alongside the piano evenings. Immediate start with competitive tips and service charge, and clear progression within The Bull Group.
